Learning Objectives

  • Understand emerging therapies for RRMM — CAR-T cell therapies, bispecific antibodies (BsAb), and small molecules such as Bcl-2 inhibitors and exportin-1 inhibitors (selinexor)
  • Identify and comprehend treatment-related side effects — including cytokine release syndrome (CRS), ICANS, cardiotoxicity, ocular toxicity, and GI disturbances
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to manage and mitigate those adverse events, optimizing patient outcomes and quality of life
